I grew up in a wood.
My innate connection to nature was forged in the wild, open landscapes of the Scottish Southern Uplands, where he spent my childhood playing in the very woods that inspired world-renowned nature artist Andy Goldsworthy. At just sixteen, my life took a drastic turn when I ran away from home.
I experienced homelessness, and was forced to rebuild my future entirely from scratch. Through sheer resilience, I channeled my survival instincts into a highly successful career as a filmmaker and creative. This path took me inside elite global institutions like the BBC, ITV and Manchester City FC, and led me to work with global icons including Sir David Attenborough, Cillian Murphy and KSI.
But after decades of operating at peak speed and running on empty, severe burnout caught up with me, ultimately driving me back to the raw, natural environments that I grew up in.

The forest is where I put myself back together. Not as an idea, as a practice.
Now I do it for other people. I take leaders, teams and whole rooms into the forest, sometimes real, sometimes imagined, and they come out knowing themselves, and each other, differently. I've guided hundreds of people, and I'm the in-house Forest Nature Therapist at 42 Acres, the globally renowned retreat centre in Somerset, South-West England. I am a CMA accredited nature therapy practitioner. And I trained in visualisation and facilitation with Rozi Hilton of 'Believe The Bird.'
I live in Somerset with his wife, two children and dog, near the woods where I work.
No slides. No tests. No jargon. I'm not offering a theory. I'm offering the thing that worked.

My Approach
My approach as a nature therapist is rooted in the understanding that the natural world is not a backdrop to our lives, but an active, living presence we belong to. Drawing on my training as a Forest Nature Therapist and Visualisation Practitioner, I create spacious, unhurried experiences that invite people to slow down, soften their attention, and rediscover the deeper parts of their humanity that modern life so easily obscures.
The Rewilded Mind method
Each session is held with deep care, weaving together sensory awareness, breath, and guided imagery, and many are shaped around specific human themes: collaboration, giving and receiving feedback, unblocking creativity, and other challenges that organisations and individuals face every day.
Rather than prescribing outcomes, I trust the forest itself to offer what each person most needs. Nature has a remarkable way of making the complex feel simple, the stuck feel spacious, and the unspeakable suddenly utterable, and that wisdom is at the heart of everything I do.
