The Imagined Forest
The Rewilded Mind method
Most rooms never reach their potential.
Not because people don't care. Because nobody gave them the moment they needed. This is that moment.
A guided visualisation, 45 minutes, online.
No slides, no tests, no frameworks, no jargon.
You close your eyes, and Robbie's voice takes you into a forest, a specific, detailed one. The room disappears, and something quieter takes over.
The brain responds to a vividly imagined forest much as it does to a real one. Which means the forest can come to you, on an ordinary Tuesday, in the middle of a working day.
Two ways in: alone, or with your team.

"The visualisations led me into a real sense of peace, reflection and connection with nature, with moments that felt genuinely expansive and almost out-of-body. I would definitely recommend Robbie’s work, thank you Robbie!"

Themed to your teams needs
Team Sessions
Robbie leads your whole team into the forest together. Each journey is designed around what the room needs: a stuck problem, a creative block, friction nobody names, or how you think together.
One journey: The Three Animals
Along the path, three creatures appear. Each carries a story, and each story belongs to a different way of thinking, making and seeing the world. You don't choose, you notice. One of them lands differently.
Then the room shares. Each person says which animal found them, and why. In five minutes, the group understands itself, and each other, in a way that usually takes months.
Every journey is different. That's one forest of many.
Your team leaves with
A language for how you make decisions together that didn't exist before.
A clearer view of where the team is strong, and where its blind spots live.
A shared story that becomes shorthand for months afterwards.
Price from £175 per session.
For Your Team

"Robbie’s session felt deeply rejuvenating and realigning. Despite the pouring rain and howling gale outside, he created a space where we could really slow down, dig deep and reconnect with the natural world and more primal feelings within ourselves."
TOM GOUDSMITT, Film Director
